Pricing
Classified advertising in Oak Cliff People is published weekly. These ads may also be published in Park Cities People or Preston Hollow People for an additional charge. Rates are calculated in one of two ways: by column inch for display ads or by number of lines for the line rate.
Line Ad Rates
Rates below are per newspaper
- $15 per line with a three line minimum
- Each additional line is $5
- 28-30 spaces per line
Display Ads
Display ads are usually bordered and thus have more eye appeal than line classifieds. These ads are priced by the newspaper column inch. One column inch measures one column (1.736 inches) wide and one inch deep. For additional information, please call 214-523-5251.
Deadline
The deadline for placing or changing a classified ad is Tuesday at 3 p.m., 9 days prior to issue date. Deadline for canceling ads is 4 p.m. Thursday, one week prior to issue date. These deadlines apply except when changed to accommodate holidays.

People Newspapers is only responsible for the first incorrect insertion of an advertisement. Advertisers should check their ads immediately after publication and report any errors found.
People Newspapers shall not be held liable for any damages or loss that might occur from errors or omissions in advertisements. If a scheduled advertisement fails to run, no liability shall exist on the part of People Newspapers, except that no charge will be made for that ad itself.
