‘Look Local’ Will Enhance Newspaper
As you may have noticed, many of the ads in Oak Cliff People are not so Oak Cliff-centric. As the publisher of this fine publication, it’s my job to change that.
A recent meeting with a handful of community leaders sparked an idea. Julie McCullough Kim told me that her customers at Make and Made often express an interest in moving to Oak Cliff. When they do, they ask her if she knows where they could find a list of available apartments.
“I wish I could just hand them an Oak Cliff People,” Julie told me, “and say, ‘Look in here.’ ”
We are about to launch a new feature that will make it possible for Julie to do just that.
Look Local will be a collection of ads touting Oak Cliff services. From landlords to lawyers, from electricians to beauticians, if you have a service that you want to promote in Oak Cliff, you’ll want to be included in Look Local.
To take advantage of our special launch rates, call 214-523-5279.
