Zoning Changes up For Discussion on Council Agenda
It’s the end of the month, and you know what that means: the Dallas City Council meeting is upon us.
On the agenda is a public hearing that has to do with zoning in Oak Cliff. The question is whether to grant a Neighborhood Service District on property zoned a Townhouse District at the southwest corner of South Tyler Street and West Page Avenue.

A public hearing to receive comments regarding an application for and an ordinance granting an NS(A) Neighborhood Service District on porperty zoned a TH-3(A) Townhouse District on the southwest corner of South Tyler Street and West Page Avenue.
