		<description><![CDATA[Councilman Griggs is right; this is a MUCH better plan than allowed for by existing zoning.  As Griggs pointed out, the prior plan was for 60 units, the new plan reduces density to 40 units--- that means significantly LESS traffic and MORE green space.

I checked on the HOA, existing residences won&#039;t be participating-- it only applies to homeowners within the new development.]]></description>
