Network With Neighbors Event at Kessler Co-op
Did you catch our story a few weeks ago about the new co-working space opening next door to the Kessler Theater?
Oak Cliff already has at least two similar spaces, but the Kessler owner, Edwin Cabaniss, has decided to take part in the growing trend. He is renovating a space next to his entertainment venue and will rent office spaces and desks to those who want to get some work done surrounded by their peers.
Tonight, the Oak Cliff Chamber of Commerce is hosting a networking event in the new space from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Head that way if you’re in the mood to meet and mingle with some of Oak Cliff’s creative minds. Attendees can nibble on snacks and wine while checking out the new space.
The last time I was there it was in the midst of construction, so I am antsy to hear how it is shaping up. If you make it to the event, let me know what you think of the space.
