Dog Park, Bishop Avenue on Tonight’s KSNA Agenda
In case you didn’t pick up this week’s copy of Oak Cliff People (shame on you!), there’s been some confusion about dog park planned for Oak Cliff. In short, a new chain-link fence at Kidd Springs Park is meant to protect a corroded drain pipe; it’s not a precursor to a pooch paradise.
However, if you’d like to know more about FIDO Oak Cliff’s plans for a dog park in the area, you should check out tonight’s meeting with the Kidd Springs Neighborhood Association. The group also plans to discuss “what should be allowed on Bishop.” The meeting is from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Hogg Elementary School, 1144 N. Madison Ave. Park in the teachers’ lot, and enter through the south door.
