There is much more to the story than what you have decided to report, but for now this is a victory for our neighborhood.  It&#039;s not just about what everyone else is allowed to sell... it&#039;s about responsibility of business ownership and how to be a positive impact on the neighborhood.  U Stop Fina continually fails on both these fronts.]]></description>
