Before you start typing an angry letter to the editor, my headline is a reference to the guy dressed as Charlie Chaplin, aka “the Little Tramp.” I know this gentleman well, but I didn’t recognize him until I read photographer Nikki Cotten’s caption. Do you know who he is?
