Sylvan Thirty Gets Building Permit
The permit was issued Friday, according to a post on the Sylvan Thirty blog. The owners of the mixed-use development at Sylvan Avenue and Interstate 30 also say in that post that anchor tenant Cox Farms Market should be open this fall.
