Lucky Dog Books Gets a Colorful Makeover
There’s a new addition to the tan façade of Lucky Dog Books that will make book shopping and trading a little more cheerful. Oak Cliff artist Kevin Obregon added his signature touch to the neighborhood used bookstore by way of eye-catching books, magazines, records, and a bucket of popcorn. His work peppers the front of the building along Davis Street.
Obregon is the co-founder of The Cube Creative and he is the driving force behind Cliffwalls Mural Project. He finished installing the signage earlier this week after working with Lucky Dog owner John Tilton.
