Good Space Hosts Info Session On New Complex
Good Space will continue transforming the Bishop Arts District with their latest project.
Along with Magnolia Property, Good Space is planning to build two new apartment complexes on 801 North Bishop and 908 North Bishop. This Thursday, they will host a Q&A with interested neighbors at the Kidd Springs Recreation Center at 6:30 p.m. to discuss the projects. They will also appear in front of the city’s Board of Adjustment Nov. 13 and 14.
David Spence, founder of Good Space, said the apartments will be three-stories, similar in size to the building once resting on the land, torn down in 2006. The only difference will be parking garage located behind the building. The Board of Adjustments will either approve or deny the addition next month.
