Car Hooks Into Stevens Park Golf Course Sand Trap
Get ready for all my golf term knowledge.
Early this morning, a silver 2004 Ford sedan needed a mulligan after it missed the fairway on the 18th hole at Stevens Park Golf Course. The car pushed too far right from the road and sliced head first into a bunker.
The driver didn’t follow-through with getting the car out — according to the report, the Ford’s spinning wheels damaged the sandtrap — and wound up taking the double bogey by leaving the car behind.
My guess is that the suspect played too long at the 19th hole, and wound up flubbing the drive onto the back nine.
The Ford was towed to the auto pound until they can find the owner — or his caddie.
Thanks for letting me get those off my chest. As a reward, make the jump for more golf-pun headlines:
