Oak Cliff Barber College: Home to 30 entrepreneurial young men and a haircut known as the “booty fade.” In today’s Oak Cliff People, we take a peek at the 50-year-old institution on Jefferson Avenue, whose future hinges precariously on negotiations between three owners.
