Girl Reunited With Family After Car Jacking

A seven-year-old girl was safely returned to her family after been involved in a afternoon car jacking yesterday.

According to the report from WFAA, the little girl was sleeping in the backseat of the car when the thief stole the Toyota Rav 4 from the 600 block of West Jefferson Avenue. After he noticed she was there, the suspect stopped the vehicle and ran away.

The girl was not injured and police are still looking for the thief.
