Or is that a dumb question? In honor of National Ice Cream Day (yes, there is such a thing, thank God), Blue Bell Creameries is teaming up with Norma’s Cafe, dishing out free 3-ounce cups of Blue Bell greatness on Monday, July 23, beginning at 10:30 a.m.
Norma’s guests will receive their free cup of Blue Bell vanilla, complete with a wooden spoon, and are encouraged, of course, to pair this chill deal with Norma’s steaming fruit cobblers, cakes, or famous Mile-High Cream Pies. The giveaway is for dine-in guests only, and can be redeemed with any purchase.
