Tree Vandals Strike Jefferson Boulevard Again

This pic was taken on the Jefferson-Twelfth Connector today.

Someone really has it in for the trees along Jefferson Boulevard. The picture above was taken by a friend of Michael Amonett, who passed it along via email and said, “Clean cuts and scorch marks leads my neighbor to believe it was an electric saw. No tire marks or splitting like you’d find if they’d been run over.”
