Winnetka Home Named One of Top 10 Most Beautiful in Dallas

Winnetka Heights: D Magazine named the new home of Fernando and Crystal Gonzalez at 306 N. Windomere Ave. one of the top 10 most beautiful homes in Dallas for 2012. And, yes it is indeed a classic — a Georgian Federal built in 1922, it has 2,685 square-feet, four bedrooms, two full baths, and one half-bath.
Previous owners Steve and Candace Bossay, who still reside in Winnetka Heights, share the glory!
And straight from the horse’s mouth on why the home was selected via D: “Come on, who doesn’t love a Georgian Federal? Despite its modest size, it feels stately and important. One imagines the conversation here is about timely political matters rather than who will likely get the boot on Big Brother.”

House number 9 is in East Kessler Park. The website notes that house information is from Dallas Central Appraisal District which list the house’s subdivision but the neighborhood in this case.
