I’m not at the age that I read every obituary, but I do read every crime report in your paper. One can deduct to never, ever leave anything in plain sight of your car parked in the 2600 block of Fort Worth Ave (Home Depot). I wish there could be a way for the paper to follow up with reports of arrests so as not to make Dallas PD seem inept.

At its core, the point of our police coverage is to make sure our readers know when nearby homes are being targeted by burglars and thieves. We put the block numbers and street names in bold type in the paper so you scan for the crimes nearest to your home.
