Relived Good Old Days of ‘Dallas’ Yet?

If you haven’t been to the Texas Theatre yet for a free screening of Dallas, you’re missing out on a good time. I attended last night’s event, where there was much hooting and hollering over the silliness of Big D’s big hair days.

“We were all raised on [Dallas], so it brings back your childhood,” one patron told me. “But we weren’t drunk back then, so it’s more fun with cocktails.”

Because of a conflict with the Dallas International Film Festival, the Dallas series will skip this Sunday and resume April 17. Look for a preview in the April 15 edition of Oak Cliff People.
