Founded in 1972, Tyler Street Christian Academy serves families from all over the metroplex providing a challenging, Christian, college-preparatory education for children from preschool through the twelfth grade. Accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS), the mission of Tyler Street is to provide students with a competitive college preparatory experience while developing Christ-like character in each and every child enrolled at the Academy.
Supporting a diverse culture of students from neighborhoods all around Dallas, the school is led by degreed and certified Christian teachers committed to providing the best education for your child. Art, Music, Computer Technology, Conversational Spanish, Library, Physical Education and weekly Chapel classes supplement the academic core curriculum taught in the elementary classrooms.
Secondary students have opportunities to lead in Chapel and are well prepared to meet current national college entrance requirements. TSCA high school students are offered additional opportunities to enroll in dual-credit College and AP classes in their Junior and Senior years of high school.

Competitive athletics are available for students in middle and high school. Many graduates have received academic and athletic scholarships to attend college with the high school maintaining a 100% graduation rate.
