		<description>Rubbercow, I am appalled by those that suggest that the only thing holding back Oak Cliff development is the lack of alcohol.  I live in South Oak Cliff and wonder if S.O.C. will become a little like Highland Park when the wonder juice arrives in my neighborhood.  Most likely not.  Over on this side of I-35 we will most likely start to resemble South Dallas.  Then you folks on the West side of I-35 can start telling the rest of Dallas how that part of Oak Cliff was never technically Oak Cliff.  Of course, you would be wrong.</description>

		<description>Well, sir.  I&#039;m agin&#039; it!  Who knows what kind of horrible crimes Anton and Kelsey will commit after havin&#039; a drop of demon liquor!  Of course, I am being sarcastic.  I will be voting for it and am personally appalled by those who make the argument that the only thing keeping OC from exploding in a wave of crime is the fact that alcohol is not readily available.</description>
