Indeed! Perhaps someone will donate the use of their property and kitchen space in Highland Park for 48 Nights! LOL Yeah Right! Well, generosity abounds in Oak Cliff.

Too bad so many can't take the "blinders" off!
I'm grateful to those that have and continue to discover the multicultural and artistic fortitude of Oak Cliff. Thankfully we do not support snobbery.
Stay away snob.

I was born and raised in Oak Cliff and have spent my whole life defending it but I must say that not everyone in North Dallas "prances around in furs and diamonds" and isn't a snob. I own a small business in Oak Cliff and find that over half our customers hail from the north side of the river. They love the OC and are regulars to "our" side of town. The whole 48 nights concept is awesome and maybe they will do it north of the river..next time!

I am proud to be from Oak Cliff. Someone asked the question why not Park Cities or North Dallas. Because we from Oak Cliff are REAL. We don't prance around in our furs and diamonds. If we have them, we are not stupid enough to flash them to everyone! You self righteous, snobs can kiss where the sun don't shine. We don't need your kind in Oak Cliff.

She obviously is doing all her work from behind the desk. How about getting out there and seeing things up close and personal Leslie and do so without your blinders on. Oak Cliff has always been the most beautiful part of Dallas and in latter years has become one of the most progressive and growing areas of Dallas. Wake up!

With all that Oak Cliff has to offer and its recent terrific publicity, I was disappointed to see that two of the three posts on this DMN story were derogatory. If you haven't experienced the Cliff's warmth and neighborly nature, give up the snobbery and expand your horizons a bit.
